Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation)
• Expertise in:
• Product analytics
• Event tracking frameworks
• Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications
• Knowledge of:
• Data pipelines o API-based integrations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform
• Enable tracking of:
• Feature usage and product adoption
• User behavior and engagement
• Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs
• Work closely with:
• Product teams
• Engineering teams o AI application teams
• Drive integration of Amplitude with:
• Applications under development o AI-powered workflows

Define

• Event tracking strategy
• Instrumentation standards
• Build dashboards for:
• Adoption metrics
• Product usage insights
• Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Ability to quickly take over platform from product team

Strong capability to work across

• Business + technical stakeholders
• Capable of scaling adoption across multiple applications Salary Range: $120,000- 135,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
