• Must have skills o US/ UK P&C INS expert with emphasis on Broking o 18+Years of Experience in Managing P&C Broking Operations (End to End operations across New business, renewals, underwriting, Claims, Fiduciary)
• Managed a Multi-shore team of 700+ FTEs
• Good understanding of Industry Trends
• Led Major Transformation Projects Delivering Significant Benefits
• Handled RFPs/ Proactive Proposals
• Good experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers
• Green Belt Certification

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing Reinsurance and Personal Lines operations for US/ UK based customers
• Experience in managing voice operations
• Black Belt Certification
• Managed Blended Operations (Contact Center + Backoffice)
