Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements Analyze HR processes and provide end-to-end solutions within SuccessFactors
• Manage and support modules such as: Employee Central (EC) Recruitment & Onboarding Performance & Goals (PMGM) Learning (LMS) Compensation & Succession
• Configure workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)
• Handle data migration, data validation, and system integration activities
• Perform testing (Unit Testing, UAT) and support Go-Live
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials
• Work with integration tools like SAP CPI or Integration Center
