TCS is Hiring Pharmacovigilance Location - Pune Responsibilities

• Case Intake, Data enter, Quality review information received pertaining to the case in the database. Refer to the Data entry conventions for any questions while entering the data.
• Preferred experience in ARISg, LSMV, NavaX database.
• Minimum experience of more than 2 years in Pharmacovigilance.
• Carry out the medical coding for the Event and the Disease tab.
• Communicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team lead.
• Identify and communicate issues/potential issues to the Team Lead on time.
• Perform tasks/activities as communicated by the Team Lead.
• Provide regular status reports on work completion to Team Lead.
• Escalation of identified unresolved issues to Team Lead on time.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
• Participate in Client interactions and telecon if required..
• Participate in regular team meetings.

BACHELOR OF PHARMACY, BACHELOR OF SCIENCE ( B.Sc Degree ), BACHELOR OF SCIENCE ( B.Sc Qualification ), MASTER OF PHARMACY
