Leads technical delivery within the pod. Acts as the primary hands-on architect for AI builds, owns delivery output quality, and mentor technical consultants.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Extensive ITSM / CSM /HRSD and CMDB platform expertise
• Agentic AI with MCP solution design
• REST, MID Server, and spokes-based integrations
• Glide Script and server side scripting

Flow Design and Automated testing with ATF BEHAVIOURS

• ▸Runs technical discovery with customer ▸Peer review and mentoring for technical consultants ▸Escalation point for delivery blockers CERTIFICATIONS: CSA

CTA preferred Salary Range

• $94,000 - $140,000 a year #LI-CM2
