Role :Facilities Lead Experience :11-15 years Location :Kolkata Required skills: Good communication skills (written/verbal) Experience in Facility Operations and management. Must have managed a team. Experience in conflict management. Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets. Willing to work, learn, and perform under extreme pressure. Aware of laws related to facility compliance and operations. Vendor Management skills Willingness to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work Good computer knowledge (Microsoft XLS, Word & Power Point, etc.) Desirable to have Professional Certifications, additional language knowledge, Strong analytical and logical understanding.

Experience in Technical Facility Management Responsibility & Expectations from the Role Managing & overseeing the deployment of outsourced staff. Reporting to Location & Cluster Head on day-to-day activities, incident management etc.

Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses Vendor Management, assist in finalizing contracts, Vendor invoices, preparation of BOQs Contract management

• Maintain and monitor legal compliances for buildings
• Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP, Shutdown maintenance, Emergencies etc.

Handle crisis situations Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirement. Maintain Safe Work Environment & Ensure Contract staff adhere to Safe Work practices as per Organizational policies. Maintain and Update documents related to HSE & Energy Management Audits. Will be a key member of the HSE & Energy Management Committee. Contribute to the location Sustainability & Energy Management Initiatives.
