• System Administration
• Administer and maintain both Qtest and Jira systems
• Manage user access, configurations, and system settings
• Act as the primary point of contact with the customer to ensure proper linkage between requirements, defects, and test artifacts
• Test Management Support (Qtest)
• Maintain test cases and execution tracking
• Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, and defects
• Generate test reports and metrics for stakeholders
• Customer Support
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Qtest and Jira users
• Act as the key interface between the customer and internal teams
