Job description

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and achievement of hiring targets.

• Drive recruitment strategy execution for bulk, lateral, and corporate function hiring across IT and technology roles.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and process excellence.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex hiring challenges.
• Provide strategic hiring insights and workforce planning support.Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hire.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
