Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Salesforce CRM development and customization.

Strong knowledge of: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Apex Programming Lightning Experience Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flow and Process Automation SOQL and SOSL Salesforce APIs and Integrations Experience with data migration and deployment tools. Understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
