Program Manager -Electrical Engineering Team

Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support the Electrical Engineering (EE) teams. This role will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution - PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track.

Experience

3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teams Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, and rework).

Execution

Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational skills required. Roles & Responsibilities

Vendor & Order Management

• Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules.

PCB Rework Coordination

• Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications.

PO Administration

• Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs.

Logistics & Material Handling

• Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Electrical Engineers to help them with supplier issues and highlight risks.

Salary Range

$100,000-$120,000 a year #LI-DM1
