Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience in cutover planning and execution for Oracle Fusion / large ERP programs
- Strong understanding of: o Data migration cycles o Integration and testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT)
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream dependencies
- Strong leadership in high-pressure go-live environments ________________________________________ Preferred
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, Oracle Field Services, HCM, Projects)
- Exposure to construction / EPC industry programs
- Experience in multi-vendor ecosystems and large transformation programs
Salary Range
- $120,000- $140,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
