Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end Maximo techno‑functional solution delivery
- Act as SME for EAM processes and IBM Maximo platform
- Lead requirement gathering, GAP‑FIT analysis, and solution design
- Configure and optimize Maximo modules (Assets, Work, PM, Inventory, Procurement, SR)
- Design and review customizations, automation scripts, workflows, and escalations
- Lead Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure performance tuning, system stability, and scalability
- Drive security design, access control, and compliance
- Support Maximo upgrades and MAS migration initiatives
