Job description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs. Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design sessions. Manage data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Configure workflows, approvals, security roles, and business processes. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting requirements.
