Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Job description

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Customize FSC components including Household Management, Financial Accounts, Client Profiles, Referrals, Goals, and Action Plans. Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, and Salesforce Flows. Configure FSC data models and optimize customer relationship management processes. Integrate Salesforce FSC with banking, wealth management, insurance, and external enterprise systems.

Participate in solution design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop APIs and integration solutions using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware tools. Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and regulatory requirements within financial services environments. Support enhancements, upgrades, and release management activities.
