• Design, develop, and maintain Kafka producers, consumers, and streams for real‑time data processing
• Build and support event‑driven and microservices architectures Develop Kafka integrations with applications, databases, and external systems
• Configure and manage Kafka topics, partitions, replication, and consumer groups
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance tuning of Kafka clusters
• Implement schema management using Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf/JSON)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Kafka‑related issues in production environments
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on Kafka deployment, upgrades, and scaling
• Implement security best practices (ACLs, SSL, SASL, RBAC)
