Technical Desired Experience

Range: 5 years to 14 Years Location of Requirement: Hyderabad Must-Have : Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR. Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards. Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL & HSDL . Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post- go-live . Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations.

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR. Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.

Technical exposure

Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL.
