What we are looking for Role

ServiceNow Developer Experience Range: 8 to 12 Years Location: Bangalore Must Have: Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies. Develop complex scripts using Client Scripting language to automate tasks and integrate with other systems.

Good-to-Have

Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM module functionality and provide technical support as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) by implementing best practices for incident management, problem management, change management, etc. </div
