Jira Administrator

Job description

• Extensive proven experience as a Jira Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.
• Deep technical expertise in configuring Jira workflows, custom screens, custom fields, permission
• schemes, and notification schemes.
• Strong background in RBAC setup, management, and automation within Atlassian products.
• Proven experience in maintaining Jira data quality, alongside advanced dashboarding and reporting
• skills using JQL.
• Familiarity with JIRA integrations, particularly Exalate.
• Hands-on experience integrating Jira with third-party tools, with specific mandatory experience in
• Exalate monitoring and administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts
• to non-technical stakeholders. </p
