Job Title HRO Operations Associate Relevant Experience (in Yrs) MBA in HR with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR Ops (Mandatory) Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Manage the employee lifecycle

• Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries Process HR transactions
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday/ SAP SuccessFactors/ Oracle/ PeopleSoft). Support audits and reporting
• Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance
• Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes Experience Required MBA in HR with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR Ops
• Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable
• Proficient in MS excel for managing data
