Core Experience

8 to 15+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, data centre operations, or large-scale transformation programmes. Proven track record in data centre migration, consolidation, or technology refresh initiatives. Experience operating in multi-vendor delivery environments. Restricted Strong exposure to enterprise banking or other regulated environments is preferred. 4.2 Technical Expertise Deep understanding of data centre architecture, including compute, storage, network, and virtualization domains.

Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, and private cloud models. Strong grounding in network and security design, including firewall rules, IP changes, and network segmentation. Hands-on knowledge of application migration strategies, including rehost, replatform, and refactor approaches. Knowledge of infrastructure commissioning, readiness validation, DR/BCP, and high-availability design.

Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, and migration tooling.
