Job description

- Expertise in Go/Golang programming is a must

• Must have implemented real world production services in Golang
• Strong backend/server end to end development experience
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Go.
• Lead system design and architecture discussions for new and existing services.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following Go best practices and concurrency patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability (low-latency, high-throughput). Good-to-Have -Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior engineers.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and design robust, fault-tolerant solutions.
• Quickly ramp up on new technologies, business domains, and codebases.
• Contribute to improving development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Spring Framework and Spring Boot Microservices are required, and Spring Cloud Stream is a plus - RESTful Web services
