Deine Aufgaben Du absolvierst ein fundiertes drei Jahre umfassendes Studium mit wechselnden Studienphasen an der DHBW in Mannheim und Praxisphasen in einer Regionaldirektion des Vertriebs. Du wirst während deiner Praxisphasen eng durch eine Führungskraft aus dem Vertrieb betreut und lernst damit den Vertrieb von A bis Z kennen. Du arbeitest aktiv an unterschiedlichen Projekten mit und bekommst damit Einblick in viele Vertriebsprozesse.

Du erhältst die Chance, parallel die Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen zu absolvieren – und das war noch nicht alles! Im Anschluss an das duale Studium besteht die Möglichkeit einer Teilnahme am Traineeprogramm Sales Master. Dein Profil Kommunikative, offene Persönlichkeit und Spaß daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen Mut, herausfordernde Aufgaben eigenständig anzugehen und Lust, Dich voll mit einzubringen Hohe Kundenorientierung, selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick Neugierde und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für die Aufgaben im Vertrieb Abitur oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau Education Community Every man for himself?
