Job description

Responsibilities （Immediately after hiring) Define DPPM target of cutting-edge technology and reduce DPPM through Continuous Improvement Process Perform Product reliability risk assessment for fab event handling (CP, DVS, Baking, HTOL etc.) Execute Technical and analytical problem solving, using a structured methodology (PDCA, 8D, especially 3Leg/5Why, and KT) Evaluate Engineering Change impact on product Quality and Reliability Review Engineering Changes to ensure procedures are followed and Quality and Reliability criteria are met (Scope of change) There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Qualifications

Possess a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Reliability, or a related field +3yrs of experience in semiconductor quality and reliability, integration, or product engineering is a plus Familiar with 4082 / MPPT / 4156 machine, especially with the programming of Excel VBA, Python code is preferred Experience with process reliability, e.g. TDDB, HCI, BTI, EM and SM etc.

• Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
