What You'll Be Doing

Lead customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support. Own schedules, milestones, deliverables, and statements of work (SOWs). Coordinate global teams across engineering, applications, sales, and support. Manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution. Communicate program status to customers and leadership. The Impact You Will Have Enable successful customer product launches. Drive on-time delivery of complex IP programs.

What You'll Need

BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience. (Multiple levels available.) Technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies. Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication. Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and tapeout processes. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
