Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and execution of trade show events in Taiwan and Korea. Coordination with PM, Sales, and Marketing teams on event details. Event planning, speaker arrangement, and on-site activity design. Support for internal events in Taiwan (e.g., Anniversary Celebration, Year-End Party). Handling of internal promotional materials in Taiwan Management and printing of printed promotional materials in Taiwan Streamlined event organization processes Enhanced event interaction and creativity Improved communication and sales evaluation between Event and Sales teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in event planning or trade shows.

Strong project and time management skills. Experience in event logistics, speaker setup, and on-site activities. Able to handle internal and printed promotional materials. Good at organizing and improving event processes. Creative in designing interactive event ideas. Strong communication skills with Sales and other teams. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office; design tools (Illustrator, InDesign) are a plus.
