Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customer's requests on a daily basis. This position needs to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving, Packing and Shipping the shipment of products, primarily systems. Managing products and items belonging to RMA in the warehouse. Provide support to RMA colleagues when needed.

Qualifications
