Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with service core teammates to Support Business Success.
• Voice of service teams at initial stage of business projects.
• Complete serviceability and repairability review for strategic account customers.
• Deliver service manual of new product for onsite support.
• Support onsite deployment and critical matters in field.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree, or Above. 2. 10 Years or Above Experience of Enterprise/Infrastructure Product Support 3. Solid Experience of Product Failure Analysis Engineering. 4. Communication-Level English Capability Required 5.
