Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing, drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of legal documents. Collaborating with cross-function teams to resolve complex legal issues, providing accurate, timely, and well-reasoned advice and guidance on legal matters. Assisting with the internal administrative affairs of legal. Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

7+ years of in-house experience in providing crucial legal support across various business operations. Must have hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing strategic legal advice and help manage compliance and regulatory matters. Fluent in English and Chinese.
