Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leading assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, packing/unpacking. Responsible for effective production management overall production operations including: material logistics, production planning, manpower controls. To ensure and maintain highly efficient production process and quality standard to perform daily duties and demand. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Train and coach new workers to perform their work.

Maintain and develop the production objective for OEM customers and other production line duties.

Qualifications

• High School degree, college degree preferred with minimum
• 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred Experience with mechanical assembly and quality standards Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands Deticates only to work within the swing shift between (14:30 to 22:30) Able to perform well under pressure
