Job Summary

This technical support role is designed for a seasoned professional with over four years of experience in server technologies, ideally holding a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction by addressing hardware and firmware issues, supporting new product evaluations, and collaborating across teams to resolve technical challenges.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Timely replication and clarification of customer-reported issues Root cause analysis in partnership with R&D and lab team Support for New Product Introduction (NPI), Proof of Concept (POC), and trade show system evaluations Customized hardware testing and OS installation for enterprise clients Development of shell scripts for hardware diagnostics Qualifications: Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields

• 4+ years of server technology related experience Experienced in configuring server systems or OEM AI server businesses Familiar with server virtualization technologies Advanced server/workstation hardware knowledge
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Strong disciplinary attitude to target issue fix in time
