Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop strategy for successful rack product deployment based on deep understanding of customer technical requirements.' To understand and resolve challenges by collaborating with business partners and internal technical members. Design, development and delivery rack solutions to Sales/BD/FAE and the customers. Communicate with customers; technical questions/concerns. Create positioning statements, marketing, and sales training materials, product specifications.

This position will require travel periodically to visit customers or attend trade shows.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in data center/server related fields Experience in AI, High Performance Computing and Liquid Cooling is preferred. Experience with Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and Heat transfer is preferred. Familiar with Open stack, Hadoop, VMware, and other system solution is a plus. Deep understanding of data center market trend and competitors' strength/weakness.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback.
