Job Description

Content & Digital Marketing Specialist Drive digital content, social media growth, website management, and campaign execution to strengthen Sun Life Indonesia's brand presence and customer engagement. Work closely with regional teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and data-driven insights.

Content creation, planning, and management (general) Social media strategy and community growth Creative briefing and project coordination Website content management and SEO fundamentals Digital marketing and media campaign execution Marketing analytics and dashboard reporting Budget tracking and reconciliation Stakeholder and agency management

• Strong presentation and communication skills Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, content marketing, or website management Experience working with digital platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage content development and creative execution across social media and digital channels
• Maintain and update website content, pages, and digital assets
• Support media campaign planning, execution, and monitoring
• Analyze campaign, website, and social media performance and provide actionable insights
• Track marketing budgets, invoices, and media spending
• Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders to secure approvals and project alignment
