Job Position

Logistic Specialist Purpose of the job position: Maintain the flow of transportation and Raw materials

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare Shipping List report. Arrange transport for import, export and express. Mange DHL shipment and requests from other departments. Maintain reports of cost of normal shipment /express. Manage anagrafika of Raw materials. Management of auxiliary materials. Managing raw materials with negative balances. Prepare Scrap procedure. Coordinate warehouse. Registration and management of materials arrived damaged from Transport /Suppliers.

Competences – knowledge and skills. Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering fields. Minimum 2 years in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of electronic products. Knowledge of MRP systems, and commercial software for forecasting and demand management.

Advanced skills using Microsoft Office

Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word. Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics. Hands on knowledge in production scheduling and relation to material supply and demand Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers – relationships and technical knowledge is a must. Hands on experience dealing with global freight forwarders. Demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience.

Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspect of Supply Chain function.
