Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company Can effectively communicate (written and verbal) Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline.

Technical Competence

3rd Party Service Provider Management: Canteen, Janitorial, Shuttle Service Facilities and Office Administration Transportation Management Japanese Support Activities

• Audit and Compliance Management Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage
• Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills Good problem solving skills Knowledgeable with MS Office Keen to details and analytical

Coaching and Counselling Skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
