Job description

Any 4 years College graduate or Engineering graduate is an advantage 1-2 years relevant work experience. Speaking in Japanese language is an advantage. This is to communicate with Japanese members and to accurately interpret and translate GA related documents.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Adapts positively to changing circumstances Can adjust priorities and approaches when necessary
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information
• Responsible for language translation and interpretation (Japanese andEnglish) and translate documents from Japanese to vice versa
• Acts as company Japanese interpreter in the organization during internal or external meetings (Japanese, English)
• Takes down dictations, transcribes, types and proof reads correspondences, memorandum and other documents.
• Translate minutes of the meeting, e-mails, reports and other documents from/to English, Filipino and Japanese
• Provide other types of Japanese-English/Filipino language support
• Support all the expatriates needs and act as mediator to communicate well in the organization
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
