Human Resource Business Partner Supervisor

Job description

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related course. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong experience in Employee Relations, Administrative Investigations, and Labor Law Compliance.
• Experience in Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, and Organizational Development.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in implementing HR strategies and change initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
