Field-based What you will do: Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territory (pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie) Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability Participating in public tenders Conducting training and presentations for medical personnel and constantly monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them Establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with existing customers Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, related to the company's operations, and the market Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio What you need: At least 2-3 years of experience working in sales within healthcare industry Min.
