Field-based Stryker is currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team based in Darwin, NT . This is a casual role is primarily during the business days, with occasional on-call, and weekend work to support urgent cases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement
• Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products
• Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques
• Ensure exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across Darwin What we’re looking for: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous Current driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required Why join Stryker?
