What You'll Do

• Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
• Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
• Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
• Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
• Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team

What You'll Bring

Required 3+ years' Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders Resilience, accountability, and drive to win Preferred Medical Device, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience

• Knowledge of Australia's public and private hospital systems Confidence working in operating theatres
