What you will do

• Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new customers within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain partnerships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to ensure account retention and expansion
• Execute territory plans, manage pipeline activity, and conduct negotiations to achieve defined sales targets
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to support adoption and correct product usage
• Provide clinical support in operating rooms to ensure safe and effective application of trauma solutions
• Manage order processing, track deliveries, and execute timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the organization at congresses and industry events to generate leads and expand market presence
• Collaborate across teams to identify and execute cross-division opportunities What you will need Required: Minimum
• 4 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field Fluency in Norwegian and English Preferred: Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related industry

Norway Pay Ranges

Norway : kr550.000 - kr917.000 NOK Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. Compensation is an important part of that process and we want to be clear about how pay is determined. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
