Business Segment Overview

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: Development & Customization: Build custom features, forms, plugins, web resources, and workflows for Dynamics 365.

Integration

Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems (external apps, Azure services) using APIs, SOAP, REST.

Support & Maintenance

Troubleshoot issues, provide support for live systems, and ensure smooth operation.

Collaboration

Work with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Data Management

Handle data migration, integrity, and security within the system.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need: 3+ years of MS Dynamics software development.

Technical

C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSIS, Dynamics 365 SDK, HTML, Azure basics, Power Platform.

Platform Knowledge

Deep understanding of D365 (CRM/ERP modules like Sales and Service).

Methodologies

Familiarity with Agile development.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Education
