Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Business and Tech-Enabled Services)

Investment Banking Department We are currently recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Business and Tech-Enabled Services Investment Banking Department

Duties & Responsibilities

The intern’s work will include:

• Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies
• Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books
• Performing company’s financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)
• Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)
• Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor’s lists, etc. Stifel seeks accomplished students with strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills. Ideal Candidates
