This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a hands-on level in a division that drives the business forwards through innovation.

What you will do Preparation set up of machines upon receipt from assembly lines for test

• Perform all test checks and run machine cycles in accordance with test software procedures Monitoring performance and diagnostics to ensure high quality standards of products Ensuring methodical test processes are followed to allow successful pass and despatch Manage DPU and FPY data, NCR processes and input into any design improvements Test/Validate software before release into production where required
• Provide training where necessary
• Ensure machines are identified with route cards at all times
• Ensure all test equipment used is undamaged and within calibration date
• Ensure that all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.

Required Experience

Experience working in the same or relevant field of work. Able to work within a process driven environment and explain/relay process information to others. Experience in Electronics / Electrical systems, circuit diagrams and wiring schematics Experience working with Electro Mechanically operated units, and a knowledge of wet and dry systems Fault Finding Working within manufacturing.
