The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving warranty quality concerns involving Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including long- and short-range radar, cameras, ultrasonic sensors, associated processing ECUs, software, wiring, and related vehicle interfaces.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze warranty claims, dealer repair data, diagnostic trouble codes, returned parts, customer feedback, and field performance trends to identify emerging ADAS quality issues.
