Subsidiary Superior Aluminum Alloys Overview Responsible for project work and process improvement across the plant 4 On 4 Off Day Shift Pay Potential: 100k + Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe work environment and practices
• Help manage and support contractors
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive them to completion
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation
• Work with chemicals that require full face respirator or SCBA Perform all other tasks assigned by leadership
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled repairs on downed equipment Qualifications Required: Excellent safety record for self and team members
• Strong communication skills and able to work as a team Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with little oversight Previous industrial maintenance experience
• Strong welding and fabrication experience
• Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude Driven to make things better and have a positive attitude Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to pass FIT test for full face respirator and SCBA Preferred: Rigging experience Electrical experience Project management experience Contractor management experience Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
