Subsidiary SDI Biocarbon Solutions Overview The Plant Floater is responsible for a wide variety of jobs throughout the Biocarbon facility. We are seeking individuals that thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while keeping the safety of themselves and others top of mind. Responsibilities (Text Only)

• Provide and maintain a safe work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors
• Learn and understand the process of the Biocarbon plant
• Aid in the construction, commissioning, and operation of the Biocarbon facility
• Support operations team day to day activities
• Safely operate mobile equipment Qualifications A strong desire and ability to work safely A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
