As a Production Employee, you’ll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by maintaining plant operations including picking and sorting metals, operating mobile equipment, and housekeeping/cleaning of the yard.

You’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high-quality results and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities

Picking Line - Sort scrap to upgrade & remove nonconforming items Clean any spillage from conveyors using both mobile equipment and hand tools.

• Maintain Mobile and Fixed Equipment All other duties as assigned Qualifications A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to stand/work for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively on a regular basis
