Responsibilities

What you will do

• Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure transactions are ready for posting and address issues preventing posting
• Provide prompt follow-up on outstanding issues with purchases and shipments
• Provide support to other team members, including cross-training and other general office duties.

Effectively communicate with internal management and external supplier as needed

• Works accurately and efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines All other duties, as assigned Qualifications Required Associates degree or equivalent experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable Team player JDE experience a plus
