MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Proceed incoming spare parts PO from customers Proceed customer warranty claim

• Maintain spare part price
• Work closely with Authorized Service Center and stakeholders related to spare part stock availability
• Provide service workflow and administration training to Authorized Service Center Handling customer complaints through Total Care platform TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:: Has the experience in After sale service field or related.

Graduated in Bachelor degree, any field of study. Has the good computer skill ex. Ms Excel, Word, SAP, Outlook.. etc. Good communication skill (English will be an advantage).
