Sales Team Leader Location: Field position. You will travel around 70% of your annual time around Bulgaria, 30% from home.

The Job

As the Sales Team Leader, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a field employee.

You’ll get to: Coordinate the sales team and provide support to team members to drive new business growth, both directly and indirectly. Maintain effective communication with clients and build strong business relationships. Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base. Monitor market developments, including products, distributors, and competitor activity. Present products to clients and other stakeholders in a professional and compelling manner.

Support marketing initiatives, including trade fairs and other promotional activities. Prepare reports, benchmarking analyses, and sales statistics to support business decisions. Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance, and other internal departments. Ensure active compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations within the team. Develop and implement sales policies and procedures.

You also have: Fluent Bulgarian and English. Proven experience in sales departments. Proven experience in management. Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
